⌘ Sebee · the finance agent

Tell it what happened. It keeps the books.

LedgerQ is an ERP with a finance agent built in. Ask in plain language — it drafts the journal entry, posts to the right accounts, and keeps the books. Then it puts on its CFO hat: forecasting your cash, watching DSO and FX, and flagging what needs you — all on a real double-entry ledger.

What it actually does

Not a chatbot bolted on. An agent that touches the ledger.

Sebee works inside the same system that holds your books — so its answers come from your real accounts, and its actions are real, reviewable entries.

01

Ask your books anything

Natural-language questions resolve against your live general ledger — no exports, no SQL.

"What did we spend on logistics last quarter?"
02

Speak it, post it

Dictate an expense or invoice. Voice is transcribed, drafted as an entry, and held for your sign-off.

🎙 "Petty cash, ₱1,200, office supplies."
03

Catches what's off

Anomaly detection watches postings and surfaces duplicates, outliers, and entries that don’t sit right.

⚠ Vendor invoice 3.4× its 6-month average.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is LedgerQ?

LedgerQ is an AI-native ERP with a finance agent built in — BIR CAS-ready accounting, inventory, payroll, and marketplace settlement in one system, on a real double-entry ledger, built for Philippine and SEA SMEs. Ask in plain language and it drafts the journal entry, posts to the right accounts, and keeps the books.

Is LedgerQ BIR-accredited?

LedgerQ is CAS-ready and generates the required BIR outputs — VAT 2550Q, RELIEF DAT files, the Alphalist, Form 2307, and EIS e-invoices — from your live ledger. It is not itself BIR-accredited; the formal accreditation badge is on our near-term roadmap.

How does LedgerQ handle Shopee payouts?

Per settled order. When Shopee releases escrow, LedgerQ reads the income breakdown and books a balanced journal per order — net to bank, platform fee, payment fee, withholding, and subsidy — straight to the GL, so your payout reconciles to the peso instead of arriving as one lump sum.

What is Sebee?

Sebee is the finance agent built into LedgerQ — an AI CFO. Ask it anything about your books in plain language and it answers from your live ledger; it drafts journal entries, forecasts your cash, and watches DSO and FX. Every figure it reports and every entry it drafts is a real, reviewable ledger transaction.

Does Sebee post anything without my approval?

No. Sebee proposes journals and actions under approval policies you control — a human reviews and approves before anything it drafts posts. Routine document flows (invoices, settlements) post through the same validated ledger services and stay fully auditable.
