Privacy Policy
Last updated June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LedgerQ collects, uses, and protects information when you use the LedgerQ platform (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, work email, company, and the details you provide at signup or when requesting a demo.
- Business data — the accounting, sales, inventory, and related records you enter or import into your tenant.
- Usage data — logs, device/browser metadata, and audit trails needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
We use your information to provide and secure the Service, to authenticate you, to send operational email (e.g. verification and account notices), and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Tenant isolation
Your organization's data is logically isolated from other tenants and is access-controlled at the application and database layers. Staff access is restricted and audited.
4. Subprocessors
We use a small set of infrastructure and email providers to run the Service. They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
5. Security
We apply industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access control, audit logging, and encrypted storage of sensitive settings. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to disclose material incidents responsibly.
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You may request export or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us below.
